TORONTO: August 23, 2024 – IQInvest Mortgage Investment Corporation (“IQI”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of August of $0.1251 per Class A preferred share and $0.2124 per Class B preferred share, to be paid September 15, 2024, to shareholders of record Aug 31, 2024.
