TORONTO: August 24, 2023 – IQInvest Mortgage Investment Corporation (“IQI”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of August of $0.1251 per Class A preferred share and $0.2124 per Class B preferred share, to be paid September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record Aug 31, 2023.

IQI declares quarterly dividends currently at an annual rate of $0.5004 per Class A preferred share and $0.8496 per Class B preferred share, plus a special dividend to shareholders of record at fiscal year-end to top-up the total dividends so that they equal its earnings in the year.

Shareholders are reminded that IQI offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) that allows them to automatically reinvest their dividends in new shares of IQI.
