TORONTO: May 24, 2022 – IQInvest Mortgage Investment Corporation (“IQI”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of May of $0.1251 per Class A preferred share and $0.2124 per Class B preferred share, to be paid June 15, 2022, to shareholders of record May 31, 2022.

IQI declares quarterly dividends currently at an annual rate of $0.5004 per Class A preferred share and $0.8496 per Class B preferred share, plus a special dividend to shareholders of record at fiscal year-end to top-up the total dividends so that they equal its earnings in the year.

Shareholders are reminded that IQI offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) that allows them to automatically reinvest their dividends in new shares of IQI. This provides shareholders with an easy way to realize the benefits of compound growth of their investment in IQI. Shareholders can enroll in the DRIP program by contacting their representative.
