TORONTO: September 20, 2017 – IQInvest Mortgage Investment Corporation (“IQI”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of September of $0.0417 per Class A preferred share and $0.0708 per Class B preferred share, to be paid December 15, 2017, to shareholders of record September 29, 2017.

IQI declares monthly dividends currently at an annual rate of $0.5004 per Class A preferred share and $0.8496 per Class B preferred share, plus a special dividend to shareholders of record at fiscal year-end to top-up the total dividends so that they equal its earnings in the year.

Shareholders are reminded that IQI offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) that allows them to automatically reinvest their dividends in new shares of IQI. This provides shareholders with an easy way to realize the benefits of compound growth of their investment in IQI. Shareholders can enroll in the DRIP program by contacting their representative.
